There is no single way to be part of the Humane Party.
Some people organize locally. Others write, research, fundraise, create, build partnerships, support advocacy campaigns, develop state chapters, help candidates, or bring professional skills to the movement. Others begin simply by reaching out and discovering where they might fit.
Whether you have years of political or advocacy experience or are looking for your first opportunity to get involved, there may be a place for you here.

Volunteer
Help us build the people, infrastructure, and programs needed to grow humane political action across the United States.
Volunteer opportunities may include:
- State organizing and chapter development
- Writing and communications
- Events and community outreach

- Research and public-policy support

You do not need to be a political professional to contribute. Reliability, curiosity, collaboration, and a commitment to humane values matter.
Build the Humane Party in Your State
Humane politics has to grow locally as well as nationally.
We are developing state-level organizing across the country and welcome people interested in helping build Humane Party activity in their communities.
State organizers may help connect advocates, identify local issues, organize events, recruit volunteers, build relationships, support candidates, and strengthen the local presence of humane politics.

Liberation is not the work of one organization.
The Humane Party welcomes opportunities to collaborate with advocacy organizations, community groups, campaigns, organizers, and movements where our goals intersect.
We do not have to agree on everything to work together on something.

Contribute
Political organizing requires resources as well as people.
Financial contributions help support outreach, organizing, technology, communications, events, advocacy, candidate development, and the infrastructure required to grow a national political organization.
