The Humane Party emerged in 2009 as the U.S.’s first vegan, abolitionist political party. Today, we are building a liberation movement rooted in compassion, science, ethics, and political action.
All candidates, officers, and board members are required to execute the Humane Party Oath, demonstrating their commitment to humane values both personally and politically.
The Humane Party also publishes The Humane Herald, an independent publication exploring science, ethics, advocacy, democracy, animal protection, and the ideas shaping a more humane future.
